Certain features of the Site may be subject to additional guidelines, terms, or rules, which will be posted on the Site in connection with such features. Your submission of information, including personal information, through or in connection with the Site is governed by the terms of our privacy policy as updated from time to time, available at https://relationshipgoals.uk/privacy (“Privacy Policy”). The additional guidelines, including the Privacy Policy, form part of these terms of use (“Terms”).

These Terms of use explain how you may use the Site and/or its contents as provided to you by us.   1. Accounts 

    1.1 Account Creation.  You must register for an account (“Account”) to use certain features of the Site, and provide certain information about yourself as prompted by the account registration form, and you agree that the information you provide is truthful and accurate. You may delete your Account at any time, for any reason, by following the instructions on the Site.  

    1.2 Account Responsibilities.  You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login information and for all activities that occur under your Account.  You agree to immediately notify us of any suspected unauthorised use or access of your account.

  2. Using the site

    2.1 Licence.  The Site is for your personal and non-commercial use only. We may prevent or suspend your access to the website if you do not comply with these website terms.

    2.2 No Support or Maintenance.  You agree that you are solely responsible for all costs and expenses you may incur in relation to your use of the Site.

    2.3 Ownership, use and intellectual property rights. The intellectual property rights in the website and in any text, images, video, audio or other multimedia content, software or other information or material submitted to or accessible from the website are owned by us and our licensors. We and our licensors reserve all our intellectual property rights (including all copyright, trademarks, domain names, design rights, database rights, patents and all other intellectual property rights of any kind) whether registered or unregistered anywhere in the world. This means, for example, that we remain owners of them and are free to use them as we see fit. Nothing in these website terms grants you any legal rights in the website other than as necessary for you to access it. You agree not to adjust, try to circumvent or delete any notices contained on our website or any of its content (including any intellectual property notices) and in particular, in any digital rights or other security technology embedded or contained within the website or its content.

    2.4 Feedback.  If you provide us with any feedback or suggestions regarding the Site (“Feedback”), you agree that we can use such Feedback as we deem appropriate, and the Feedback will be treated as non-confidential.

    2.5 Links to and from this Site.  Where this Site contains links to other sites and resources provided by third parties, such links are provided for your information only. We have no control over the contents of third party sites or materials and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

    2.6 Viruses. While Charity makes all reasonable attempts to exclude viruses from the Site it cannot ensure such exclusion and no liability is accepted for damage caused through the downloading of viruses. Therefore, you are recommended to take all appropriate safeguards before downloading information from the Site. 

  3. Accuracy of information and availability of the website. We try to make sure that the Site is accurate, up-to-date and free from bugs, but we cannot promise that it will be. Furthermore, we cannot promise that the Site will be fit or suitable for any purpose. We may suspend or terminate access or operation of the Site at any time as we see fit. While we try to make sure that the Site is available for your use, we do not promise that the website will be available at all times or that your use of the Site will be uninterrupted. 

  4. Our Liability. Except for any legal responsibility that we cannot exclude in law (such as for death or personal injury) Charity does not accept liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by a user in connection with their use or inability to use this Site, the results of their use of this Site, any site linked to or from this site or any material posted on this Site, including without limitation any liability for loss of profits or contracts, loss of business, loss of income or revenue, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of time, howsoever arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence) breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable.

  5. Termination. We may suspend or terminate your rights to use the Site (including your Account) at any time for any reason at our sole discretion, including for any use of the Site in violation of these Terms. 

  6. Changes to these terms. We reserve the right to vary these website terms from time to time. Our updated terms will be displayed on the website and by continuing to use and access the website, you agree to be bound by any changes made by us.

  7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. You agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) of these Terms.
